The new season of Art at the Park will be kicking-off on Saturday, June 24th, 2017, and will run through until Sunday, July 23rd.

Our featured artists for this exhibition are:

  • Melusina Parkin – 2D Art
  • Graham Collinson – 2D art

  • Fingers Scintilla – 2D art

The event will kick-off at 12:00 noon SLT, on Saturday June 24th with an opening concert featuring our good friend Winston Ackland, who will bring us an hour of music to dance to – formal or smart attire is kindly requested. After the concert, we hope you’ll stay and view the art in the display tents and decks around the Art Hill and perhaps explore the updated park – we have some new features to show off!

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday June 24th, from 12:00 noon!

Stories at the Park

Sunday 16th July will see this exhibition’s Stories at the Park take place. From 3:00pm, Seanchai Library will be once again be reading 100-word short stories and poems inspired by the art on display at the park, and you are also warmly invited to join us for that event as well – so please do mark your diaries!

Seanchai at Holly Kai Park

This weekend also marks the launch of Seanchai Library’s official presence at Holly Kai Park – so when visiting the art exhibition do be sure to follow the path down from the hill and across the river from the boat moorings to their new headquarters. We’ll have more on Seanchai’s arrival under a separate update!
